Since 2023, the Qingdao Municipal Foreign Affairs Office has launched a video series called “This is Qingdao”, inviting foreigners with honors such as Qingdao Honorary Citizens, Qingdao Economic Advisors, and Qindao Award winners to share their stories of witnessing Qingdao’s development.
Ms. Kerstin Kaehler, one of the 11th Qingdao Qindao Award winner and GM of the GECQ, has been committed to building a platform that serves international SMEs. Ms. Kaehler has assisted in promoting practical cooperation and friendly exchange between Qingdao, Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark, and Germany and other countries, making positive contributions to Qingdao’s opening-up and economic development.
